All of our products are made from solid surface counter top material. Since the material is non-porous, it does not stain or absorb bacteria like wood cutting boards. Any minor scratches that develop over time can be removed with a dry green scouring pad that can be found at any grocery or home store (Walmart, Target, etc.). All cutting boards, trivets, spoon rests, bread bows, cheese slicers, spatulas, and spoons, ARE dishwasher safe. Heat does not radiate up the handle of the spoon/spatula, so you don’t have to worry about it becoming hot to the touch! Our utensils are safe to use on all your pots and pans... They will NoT scratch your non-stick pans, and they will NoT melt in your cast iron!

The solid surface counter top material from which all of our products are crafted would have otherwise have ended up in a landfill--making our lifetime products environmentally friendly. While we almost always have white, off white, and subtle beige or gray tone speckle-type material, our other colors vary depending on what we get from various companies which we have partnered with for material. If you would like a specific color and know the name and manufacturer of it, please feel to free to ask and we will check our stock. If you are trying to match a color or pattern and do not know the name, you may be able to find out by checking at a home improvement store like Lowe's or Home Depot. They will usually have a sample board in their kitchen cabinet department. By taking a picture of it, we will try to match as close as we can, or find something in our inventory of material that will coordinate BeauTiFuLLy.
